This American Coot greeting card measures 5.5"x4.25", is printed in my home studio on 100% recycled card stock paper, and is paired with a 100% recycled soft brown envelope. Inside is blank. Cards can either be purchased packaging-free, or individually packaged in clear plant-based PLA "plastic" open-ended sleeves for protection while on display. The back reads: Despite their passing resemblance and frequent proximity to ducks, American coots are actually more closely related to the tall & lanky sandhill crane. Study those fantastic feet and you'll see that they lack webbing, instead relying on broad lobes on their toes that help with kicking through water.
